Customers may migrate 10DLC brands and campaigns in the Campaign Registry. Fees apply. Coordination between Convey, the Original CSP, The Campaign Registry, and the DCAs is critical.
Brand Migration
To start this process, submit a support ticket with the following information:
- The Original CSP ID and business contact
- A list of all brands (and their brand IDs) that will be migrated.
- A list of all campaigns (and their campaign IDs) that will be migrated.
- Connectivity Chain Change (Maintained or Cleared)
- If maintained, Convey becomes the owning CSP and is placed directly downstream from the old CSP. Traffic will not be impacted and Convey may perform a separate CNP migration.
- If cleared, Convey becomes the owning CSP and the rest of the upstream connectivity chain is cleared. Traffic will be impacted as Convey will have to re-elect DCAs for all migrated campaigns. Number Registry information is also cleared.
Important: If Convey already exists in the connectivity chain as an intermediary hop, the only viable option is to clear the connectivity chain.
Once this information is provided, Convey will work with TCR to schedule the migration. TCR will follow up with both CSPs to ensure contracts are signed including:
- Confirming agreement from both CSPs as to the transfer.
- A Letter of Acceptance from both CSPs
After receiving both signed Letters of Acceptance, TCR will schedule the migration and inform both parties as to when it will occur.
Note, any external brand vetting will transfer with the migration.
Campaign Migration Vetting
Campaigns undergo vetting anew at the 10DLC hub as part of the migration process. Fees are based on the DCA and the date the campaign was last vetted . While this process allows for minimal service disruption, it may take up to four weeks to complete.
To start this process, submit a support ticket with an excel list including the following information:
- The Campaign ID
- The Original Campaign Vetting and Approval Date
It is critical to ensure information is accurate and campaigns are up to current compliance to avoid delays in the migration timeline.
