The proposed lead times represent best-effort estimates only and are subject to change. Lead times may vary based on several factors such as use case, content, current carrier, carrier approval, vendor and regulatory dependencies, and other external factors beyond Convey's control.
| Service | Estimated Lead Time | Details |
| 10DLC Procurement &/or Provisioning | 24 hours to a few days | Standard BYON provisioning, without number conflicts at the number registry, is typically within a day. Standard Provisioning with number conflicts at the number registry can take anywhere between 48 - 72 business hours, including the Letter of Authorization(LOA) validation. Lead time is also dependent on the accuracy of information provided and third-party cooperation out of Convey's direct control. Standard Leased number provisioning typically takes minutes to 24 hours. |
| 10DLC Vetting & Registration | 1 to 3 weeks total | Brand registration typically takes minutes to 24 hours, but a manual review can add up to 7 days. Campaign registration for standard use cases typically takes about 7 - 14 business days. Adding a number to a registered campaign lead time is as defined above in the 10DLC Local Phone Numbers section. |
| Short Codes | 8 to 12 weeks | This multi-step process involves an initial Convey review period (duration dependent on customer) followed by an 8-12 week review by major carriers, during which carriers may request further details or changes. |
| Porting Numbers | Up to 4 weeks or longer | This can take up to 4 weeks or longer. Number porting requires a coordinated effort between the former carrier and future carrier. The length of time varies, and can stretch longer if the port is bulk en masse. |
