Starting today, Convey's Agent511 maintenance notices will be sent using StatusPage!
In addition to details regarding the scheduled time and expected impact of the maintenance, the StatusPage notice will provide a link to the release notes which will now be hosted here in our Convey Zendesk Knowledge Base under "Product Release Notes."
Although you can log into the Convey StatusPage online, subscribers to the Agent511 components also receive StatusPage updates for scheduled maintenances, maintenance status, and incident updates direct to their email inbox without the need to log in.
If you'd like to subscribe to the Agent511 components on Convey StatusPage, simply reach out to the Convey Help Desk or support@goconvey.com and include the email address you'd like us to subscribe for you, as well as the Agent511 product(s) whose notices you'd like to receive.
