Inbound & Outbound Blocks in Aerialink v5

Code Block

To create or remove a block:

1. Choose the “Direction” of the block - inbound or outbound
2. Under “type,” indicate whether you are adding or removing a block between the code and number
3. The “Code” is your Aerialink code
4. The “Number” is the end-user subscriber number

When finished, select “Create Block.”

Block History

This page will display the history of block requests on this account, including the block type and direction. To view the history of block records on your account:

1. Note that it is not possible to search block history without search crieteria. See below.
2. Enter a specific Aerialink code in the “Code” field to search by Aerialink Code.
3. To search by end-user number, enter the mobile number in the “Number” field.
4. If a messageGUID is associated with the block record, that can be entered under “Message GUID” to search for the record.
5. Choose your output type.
6. Click “Submit.” A default of one-hundred (100) block records is displayed based on the default SortBy (“Last Updated”).
