For all compliance-related questions and services, please submit a compliance request through the Convey Support Desk. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you get started.
- Navigate to the Convey Support Desk
- Click on Sign In
- Log in with your Email and Password
- Click "Submit a Request" in the upper right. This will take you to the below menu.
- Select "Submit a Compliance Request" from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Compliance Request Type: Determine the type of request (eg. certify a new code, submit a number pool, investigate a spam block, etc.)
- Service Type: Select the services tied to this request (eg. SMS, email, phone)
- Sender Type: Specify the method by which communication is sent to end users
- Intended Reach: Indicate the region of intended reach
- Business Unit: Choose your business which provides the associated service
- Subject: Provide a clear, concise summary of the request
- Description: Enter detailed information related to your request, including any appropriate forms or message examples for investigation.
- Priority: Set the level of urgency
- CC (Optional): Add email addresses to keep others in the loop about this request.
- Submit the form.
Once all fields are complete, click Submit at the bottom. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
